Welcome to Skin Matters Skin Matters was founded on a simple belief: skincare should be guided by science, integrity, and a genuine understanding of the skin—not trends, hype, or whatever treatment happens to be popular at the moment. In an industry constantly flooded with new devices, viral procedures, exaggerated claims, and expensive treatments promising dramatic results, my approach is intentionally different. I believe in asking questions, looking critically at the evidence, understanding the biology of the skin, and being honest about what a treatment can—and cannot—do. Every recommendation I make is individualized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all protocols, unnecessary procedures, or selling treatments simply because they are profitable or popular. Sometimes the right answer is an advanced treatment. Sometimes it is a carefully designed home-care routine, consistency, patience, or simply leaving the skin alone. My work is rooted in ongoing education and a deep respect for skin physiology. I carefully evaluate the technologies, professional products, and treatment modalities I choose to offer, with a focus on supporting long-term skin health and meaningful, realistic results. Integrity is at the center of Skin Matters. If I don’t believe a treatment is appropriate for your skin, I will tell you. If I believe your money would be better spent elsewhere, I will tell you that too. And when a concern falls outside my scope of practice, I believe in saying so and referring appropriately. Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the service total or $50 (whichever is greater).
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service total. This fee is non-refundable.
