Booking Information | Skin Matters Skin Matters is currently accepting appointments at my primary location, with availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and select weekends. As I continue to grow professionally, I’ll be transitioning into a new role at Symbios as a Regenerative Health Skin Specialist, while also pursuing my RN degree (yes… coffee will be essential 🙂). This next step allows me to deepen my knowledge by working alongside professionals in internal health, hormones, and nutrition — all of which directly impact the skin. This transition will take place at the end of June. Following that, Skin Matters will continue to operate on a limited, appointment-only basis from a private setting within Bella Dae Spa. Skin Matters will remain independently operated. Availability will become more limited over time, with select days and occasional weekends offered as scheduling allows. Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the service total or $50 (whichever is greater).
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service total. This fee is non-refundable.
